I purchased their led plate bulbs. Shipping took a bit, which was not a big deal.
The leds burned out and fell apart. Contacted them, got a reply quickly, and they refunded my money. Good customer service.

How many shops have you been to lately? They all charge a lot unless you have a connection. If you want to be cheap about things, do them yourself.
