While sound deadening my car today, I decided to go all out and remove the window regulator and completely deaden the entire door. Well, unfortunately, I was able to get it apart, but back together was another story.
Well I ended up getting the steel window draw cables caught in the black cylinder that they thread onto that then attaches to the splines of the window motor. The black plastic piece is now pretty mangled and ive damaged some of the cables.
Does anyone know how to get just these parts? The dealership tells me this is not serviceable and I must buy an entire new window regulator ($175) just to get these parts.
