Is it possible to buy the hid kit from the dealer and have them install it after you've already driven the car.

I believe so, but it is very expensive. To get more information, call up the dealership and ask them.

It's about $2,000 for the OEM HID's

It's an entirely new wire harness.... so not really. Most dealers won't touch it, and you wouldn't' like the labor from the ones who would.
