Excessive tire noise??!!

Just picked up a 2010 last week and after driving it for a while I am noticing what I believe to be a lot of road noise that I think is coming from unbalanced tires... The dealer said they rotated them upon receiving possession of the car but it sat on the lot for about a month in winter weather. I am wondering if this could be the issue and whether or not I could do a rotation myself or is this something that is just normal with our cars... I have never done one myself but I am assuming it's a simple proceedure, any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

if you have pirellis there most likely chopping or cupping you can cross rotate them or swap what sides the tires are on just make sure there not directional and ur tire should be unbalanced if anything take them to a shop and have them balanced

My pirellis got really loud when they wore down. I finally replaced them and it got much quieter.

My p-zeros irritate the he'll out of me, after 10k miles they have become very loud....

My stock Pirellis as pretty loud as well and have been rotated every 5 k.
