The fasteners, the detailed fitting instructions and the code key are supplied in a strong plastic box. After the wheel locks have been fitted, the bolts or nuts which have been removed are stored in the box in order to be immediately accessible if needed (for spare wheel). Each code key has its own plastic code card. If you should lose the code key, report this number to Otis Inc LA by e-mail or phone, and a replacement key will be sent to you the same day.
