Hey guys has anyone bought this kit?
https://www.ecstuning.com/b-stoptec...pack-service-kit-312x25-272x10/934.33116~stp/

I know stoptech makes some pretty good parts or at least I'm under the assumption they have/do. Is anyone running this kits? I also just want to clarify this is a full kit of front and rear? the picture only shows one set but list both front and rear size and there is no choice for either or a parts list.

I'm assuming its both front and rears. For the price that's not bad at all for slotted rotors and street pads.

Any thoughts/opinions would be appreciated.
Thanks

Got them. Works like slotted rotors should. Better than OEM and cheaper. I got the brake stiffeners too for the front while I was replacing all 4.

did you buy this kit? its all 4 front and rear correct?

Someone was telling me to avoid slotted due to vibrations during braking as the pad goes over the slots.. do you feel anything like that?

I run the slotted rotors and sport pads on mine and loved the upgrade and the brake dust isn't that bad. Also you can get it cheaper than that ecs set.

Yeah i was comparing it to the ECS kit with hawk pads. The only thing different is the Stoptech kit doesnt come with any of the bolts or screws its only pads and rotors. The ECS kit comes with rotor screws and caliper guides etc.

StopTech seems a little high, Could get Centric Slotted Rotors and Centric HD pads for less money.

Example RockAuto has Centric Slotted and drilled rotors for $80 eadh and get the Centric Stop Tech pads for $33 WWAAYY cheaper and net result I bet you will be the same as this StopTech set up...

Here are some links.

is Centric the maker of stoptech or something? cause both of those are labeled as stoptech parts after the Centric?
Also just so you are aware that ~470 for the stoptech is front and rear rotors/pads. But yeah it still comes out cheaper in comparison by like $80bucks. The only difference is the Centric ones are slotted and drilled

I am not sure who actually makes Stop Tech stuff. Centric though is very good. I would highly recommend this set up and pocket $200 over the StopTech stuff. Your just paying for the Brand Name. These Centric Rotors are Cyro treated as well. Just awesome in this price point. You cant beat them.

Get the Tyrol Brake kit if you dont have it already and your golden:thumbsup:

+1, Centric makes good parts. They're my go-to brand for good, inexpensive rotors.

I have the same setup on all 4 corners except cryo treated rotors and I added Tyrol brake stiffening kit, much better feel than OEM.
