Engine sludge

So during my intercooler install I found a bit of what appears to be emulsified oil, or sludge, in the throttle body pipe. I was alarmed but the car has been running great. I am working on a catch can setup. But for now, should I be worried?

100% you would benefit from a catch can set up.

The catch can would capture all of that sludge and keep the boost pipes nice and clean so none of the oil vapor is collected back into the motor.

Is that the only place it was? I don't think you should be worried.

Yeah I wouldn't be worried either man. It's pretty common.
