Car wobbles

So I am trying to figure out what is wrong with my car. I have wobbles at slow speeds. I would say probably under 15 mph and I can’t notice anything at higher speeds. It feels as if it is coming from my passenger rear tire. I believe it isn’t warped rotors since the wobbles happen whether I’m braking or not. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Rotate your tires & see if this wobble changes. Maybe get a good balance done. Have the tires inspected.
