looks stock minus the emblem. i guess if your going badge-less front end with the hood notch and what not it would be a good deal. i would like to get my hand on one.

Yeah it is the bumper, and as mentioned above sans emblem.

I assume you've got fog lights already on the TDi? If not you'll need to buy a conversion kit to make them functional.

yes, I have fog lights... Is it hard to install? because I don't want to spend money on local dealer..
