Next question: Is an APR chip worth it? I'm hearing it lowers your MPG.

if you asked "what is a chip" then you havent done any real research whatsoever.

and I'm a flying pig.

do invisible stuff to your car like there's no tomorrow. with physical mods (like intakes or downpipes) that are visible, keep your stock parts, switch to stock before an inspection (so that will cover you for inspections), and don't get pulled over. problem solved.
