Calling all APR Mobile Dongle owners

Hey,

How’s everyone experience so far with APR Mobile?

I’ve been needing to use it for logging lately and for the life of me can’t get it to work. It always stuck on ‘Checking for updates’.

I might be able to get it to work 1/24 times or so.

Hoping everyone can chime in with I’m guessing similar experience so I can submit to APR and get some actual support.

I use my APR Mobile often, and will run into this once in a blue moon.

Scenario: On my iPhone 6S, the Top right app indicator stays yellow and says it's checking for updates seemingly forever

My fix: close apr mobile app -> go to settings -> Bluetooth devices -> forget this device (targeting the apr dongle)
Then re-add the device, and relaunch the app

It's perhaps worth noting that I have had to do this for other Bluetooth peripherals. It drives me off the wall
