Hello!

Can somebody tell me the diference between GOLF GTI and GOLF GTD?

they have the same chassis?

Suspension are diferent whith both DCC system?

Hi there . The GTI and GTD are 100% the same as chassis and suspension . Only differents are one being petrol and other being diesel

I think the front suspension on the GTD is a stiffer spring, to handle the extra motor weight. Other than that they are the same beast with a different heart.

hmmm don't think the suspension is the same...

I think the GTD just has the sport suspension and the GTI has the GTI suspension!
In a lot of tests the biggest - is that the GTD doesn't has the GTI suspension for handling...

The GTD and the GTI are the same chassis and suspension. The extra weight of the GTD is only 58 kg.

I do not think they are thesame.
VW uk's website comparison lists the base suspension as:
GTD - "Sports suspension, lowered by approx. 15 mm"
GTI - "Sports suspension, lowered by approx. 22mm front; 15 mm rear"

DCC has three settings of comfort, normal and firm. the normal is equivalent to the base suspension above, DCC adjusts only the dampening of the shock...so I concor that the suspension is different.
