Golf R vs Stage 2 STi

Went out last weekend for a nice cruise and I encountered a buddies STi. :w00t:

12' Golf R Mods: Intake, Downpipe, and Tune

05 STi Mods: Intake, downpipe, full exhaust, fmic, and tune.

1st Run: 55mph-110mph or so we were dead even.

2nd Run: 65mph-125mph and that time the R was even until 100mph or so and then the STi pulled two cars or so on me.

Since this encounter I've officially gone Stage 2+ I've gotten the APR fuel pump and a Stage 2+ tune.

Time for a redo. I imagine the difference is going to be pretty significant now that you are stage two.

I have to agree... I was even with my buddy's COBB Stage 2 STI (just DP) and I was only running APR stage 1
