Big Brake Kits
Front StopTech 2-pc Rotor Big Brake Kits use a pair of directional StopTech 2-piece AeroRotors® and StopTech’s patented,
forged, high performance, six-piston StopTech ST-60 or four-piston ST-40 calipers with patented stiffening bridge, as well as billet aluminum mounting brackets
with stainless steel studs, DOT-compliant StopTech stainless steel braided Teflon brake lines, and StopTech's highly-praised Street Performance brake pads.

Replacement Sport Rotors and Pads

Every StopTech® Sport Rotor is produced from a high quality Centric Parts® blank casting and finished in a durable e-coating for corrosion resistance.
Engineered to look good behind the wheel and perform at the same time. StopTech® Sport Rotors look great behind custom wheels, improve the
initial bite of the brake pads, and help wipe away the debris that forms between the pad and the disc. A set of StopTech® rear replacement Sport
Rotors is a great way to match the aesthetics of a StopTech® Big Brake Kit. E-Coated Finish
Most StopTech® Sport Rotors are finished with black e-coating on both sides of the hat, inside the cooling vanes, and on the outside edge.
E-coating is a superior electro-statically applied finish designed to withstand 400 hours of salt water exposure without rusting. This is especially
important on both mounting faces of the hat where it touches the hub flange and back face of the wheel. Any accumulation of rust in these
area can lead to installed lateral run out issues. Power Alloy Metallurgy. Power Alloy metallurgy is an exclusive feature of many StopTech® rotors.
In specific vehicle applications, StopTech works with foundry partners to increase the molybdenum or carbon content of the castings, and to
carefully control the cooling rate during production to reach targets for hardness and tensile strength. Cooling Vane Design. Nearly all StopTech®
1-piece rotors have unique slot or hole patterns for the left and right sides of the vehicle. For these directional patterns, straight vane or pillar
vane rotors are used to ensure that a drilled hole never touches a cooling vane.
Stainless lines in the rear to match
Stoptech® Stainless Steel Braided Brake Lines provide a quicker, firmer, more consistent pedal response by maintaining consistent brake pressure.
Additionally, stainless steel lines provide precision brake modulation, especially during threshold braking. The improvement in pedal feel is more
dramatic on older vehicles where the factory rubber line may have softened and swelled due to age.
StopTech® brake lines consist of a PTFE (commonly referred to as Teflon®) inner line that carries the brake fluid, which is then covered with a
layer of stainless steel woven braid. The PTFE tube is very resistant to expansion under pressure and will not degrade from exposure to brake fluid.
The braided stainless steel provides support for the PTFE and the weave is extremely durable against incidental impact and abrasion. Next the stainless
braided hose is coated with a clear abrasion resistant PVC cover for maximum protection against chaffing and strain relief devices reinforce end fittings.
A variety of end fittings are available to meet most application needs. All fittings are engineered for proper fit and durability. All necessary brackets
and fasteners are included with each line kit.
