Hey guys, like the topic states, my mk6 gti hasn’t been turning over right away since the weather got colder. I don’t think it’s the battery, but I’m not completely ruling that out. Then under normal driving conditions it’s like the car starts braking as soon as I let off the gas. Feels like something is slowing the car down somehow. On acceleration, the power isn’t instant as it usually is. Once the rpms climb a little bit, the car gets moving, but under say, 3k rpms it feels like it has the power of a golf.
I’m not sure if either of these issues are related, but I wanted to list both just to be on the safe side. I had the carbon cleaning done about 6 Months ago so I know it’s not that. Currently the car is stage 2.5 apr, but have been driving in stock mode more frequently as of late.
If you have any ideas, I’m all ears so don’t hold back.
