I've looked everywhere to find a race or a comparison between these 2 cars but i've found nothing.

can someone tell us which would win and also which would be the better car to buy?

No need to find a video chief, both slow as hell anyway. I would assume that the tdi would be quicker due to higher torque perhaps. Personally, i would pick up a tdi just for the better mpg's, but wouldn't expect these two cars to bring anything more than economy, i would probably get a higher adrenaline rush from a crack addict pushing me around in a wheelbarrow :iono:

The 2.0 TDi has crazy amounts of torque and even more with a tune

Indeed, unfortunately op is talking about the 1.6 Which brings the question, is the 2.0 TDI available in the UK?

oh okay thanks... i would have got the 2.0 tdi version but i cant get insured to it yet - too expensive bcoz im 18 haha this is my first car bdw..

A diesel makes your insurance MORE?

dafuq?! They're slow as balls. You should get cheaper insurance, even at 18, for a diesel than for a gasser.
