If you buy a new complete one from APR or if you send your own OEM HPFP to them both will be great! When you send your own HPFP to APR, they do several measuring after that they install their internals and do testing once the HPFP is assembled, to ensure everything is OK with your HPFP.
So I think you'll be good with the one you got.
Even their HPFPs get to fail after sometime like everything.
