It can be over used and kill a picture, but if your going for a surreal look it can be a good effect. I do agree that single image HDR is nowhere near as good as true HDR (using multiple bracketed shots). But IMO the HDR photo looks better than the original, because that's the look I was going for.



HDR would have killed this picture
