Im wondering if any of you experienced this issue or have something to suggest.
Last month my RNS 510 stopped connecting to any of our phones properly with some particularities.
1. The phone settings and the whole unit wont reset to factory default.
2. The list of the 4 saved devices is empty. You can access the menu but all 4 devices' names are blank.
3. When I press the Bluetooth discovery button it displays that the car will be on discovery for 3 minutes but I cant detect it with any of my phones.
4. I can no longer access the secret menu after the 3 buttons reboot.
Ive tried removing the bluetooth module under the car seat
Ive disconnected the battery long enough to reset the unit but the settings are still saved.
I really dont know what else I can do, is there a way to physically hard reset the RNS because it wont work from the software itself...
