was wondering if there is a way thru vag com to disable the temp warning in the middle of my gauges? everytime it's 4 degrees it automatically makes a sound and shows me the temp and not my speed, then I have to switch it back...getting quite annoying cuz of the weather here in gta.

If you drive for a minute or so the temp warning should go away... IIRC I rarely ever get the winter warning...
