Has lines very similar to Audi, mostly in the bumper lip and headlights

however the carving out of the side is nasty :yikes:

Yep same here. The new A3 with hatch, AWD, and DSG would probably have been my replacement for the GTI.

It may in fact look quite close to this rendering but a bit less Audiesqe IMO. Clues on the light design can easily be gleaned by looking at the new Tiguan and Touraeg. Does not take a rocket scientist...

I hate the new VW corporate grill. It ruined the CC, Passat and Tiguan which all looked really nice before this.

Its so damn bland and boring but thats what sells I guess.
