Wheels size and offset!!

Hey guys I'm new to this forums. I've recently just purchased a 2010 Volkswagen golf GTI and I'm wanting to get some wheels soon. I want something with dish and to be fat. I was thinking maybe 18x9 - 18x9.5 if I can. If not 18s then I'd go the 19x9 - 19x9.5 but I'm not 100% sure what will fit which is why I'm asking the question. Can anyone also help me with offsets!!?? What's the biggest offset I could run on a wheel size like I've said above!?

you can run 20x10 et 15.

I would try to get 19x10.5 et 10 for a nice fitment.

and no. you can't fit in 19x9.5...

read that thread. you'll find your answer there.

18x8.5 et 45 is what I suggest for you. If you read that thread, you can decide for yourself how much of a lower offset you can pull off.

I run 18x9 et 32 fronts and 18x10 et38 rears. On air, with max camber in the rear, I sit fender to lip all around when I air out.

You can run wider in the rear and the front, but you'll need to pull your fenders.
