If you’re not familiar with the APR Carbono intake system, it’s constructed from aerospace grade carbon fiber with a show quality finish and is fitted with a high flow cotton gauze filter. All necessary hardware is included for the install.
Carbon fiber is an excellent heat shielding material, which keeps intake air cold. Furthermore the intake system is moved towards the front bumper, to draw in cold air outside of the engine bay. The high flow design also replaces the restrictive factory air box and uses a washable filter to cut down on future maintenance costs. This increases horsepower, torque and throttle response. It decreases turbo lag on turbocharged engines and improves fuel economy. Expect a rush of power you can hear the first time you smash the throttle!
