First off welcome.

I'd start at 19,500 and work from there. Also make sure you look at the repair work as best you can. If it has in fact been reduced in price it might mean that it's been on there lot for a while. So yes I'd say 20.5 is more then realistic.

I personally think carfax is some BS, and wouldn't trust it as a reliable resource. Do your HW and inspect it real good, I'm sure you'll come out with a price you're happy with.

you can get a new 2012 left over for under 22,000 now. I was looking at used ones in that price range and decided to spend the extra grand for a new one.

Well I will be picking her up Saturday.. after going back and forth on the price we settled at 20.7. As for the minor damage, I asked to see the repair details and the woman that leased the car works at the dealership. Car was in a parking lot and a stray shopping cart hit the car.
