what do you think about this price

Hello all,

I am in the process of buying a 2010 GTI and I got the following rices. Please let me know what you think about them and if you believe they are fair.

- Automatic
- 4 Door
- Autobahn Package
- Bi-xenon headlights
- 18" Wheels
- Dynaudio

$ 31 570 (tax, title etc. included...so this is out the door price).

The other offer was $30,859 but did not include Dynaudio.

whether that is a good deal or not really depends on your tax rate. in my area right now, those options add up to a hair over $28,000 (based on cars.overstock.com, which i used when shopping for cars), including freight, but not including TTL. taxes where i live are 3% on cars, which adds ~$850 on top, so $28,850 plus that doc fee ($299 in my state, could be more or less in yours), plus those minor DMV fees (probably another $100-150?), which would put me at about $29,300 OTD.

if you lived in CA with a tax rate of like 10%, then it could literally add thousands of dollars onto the price of the car. so, as you can see, it all depends. i would try that website and go from there.
