what is with the 600x600 @ 97.7Kb file limit for album photos?

back when boards were dialup that may have been useful, but nowadays what gives?

just getting a file down to that limit is a real PITA !

can we get some modern image file rules here please? i won't believe your host disk space is the issue either.

I always just used photobucket to post my pics. No limits there.

I can't STAND photo buckets clunky interface.

I really don't understand why some folks say Photobucket is hard to use?
