Is the complete turbo-back or just the cat-back portion?

Being in SoCal it is CBFA I presume? If so, I would be interested in the downpipe portion, not the cat-back. Plz let me know if you would split it.

It's the whole thing, so yes the down pipe is there, I can split them if needed
