Cobb Accessport with Stratified Tune

Apr Downpipe+ Rear o2 Sensor

After i switch to Stratified Tune with Cobb Accessport and i see 3 Different CEL. I see them One By One and next day it goes away and it start to show again.
I contact my local mechanic who install all APR Mods, and he tells me i need to switch to Catless Downpipe because stratified tune only support Catless downpipe...
is this True? anyone have same CEL issue? how did you guys solve?
