Position: Service Advisor
Duties: Applicant will work with the service manager with any and all day to day tasks at the shop. This includes handling all aspects of customer / technician interactions, including the interpretation of customer service requests, managing jobs and tasks for technicians, entering information into the computer system, handling phone calls, walk-in customers, scheduling appointments, customer follow-ups and more. As the assistant to the service manager applicants will also need to determine parts needed / order parts needed as jobs progress, and work with the parts and service manager to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of jobs in the shop. Applicant will also meet / great all customers entering the retail showroom and handle most over the counter sales.
Applicants must be well versed with popular VW / Audi vehicles and the various aftermarket parts and upgrades available for them
Applicants should be highly organized and be able to handle multiple complex tasks.
Experience with AMS RO Writer software a plus! Familiarity with windows computers and reasonable typing skills required. Some Saturdays / weekends required. Knowledge of BMW, Mini and Porsche helpful.
Pay: Competitive, varies depending upon experience.
