Golf 2 ltr MK 6 TDI 140 - Clutch problems?

Owned a new Golf MK 6 GT TDI 140 for the last 3 months. Recently I have noticed the clutch seems to be stiffening up and takes some effort to depress resulting in crunching of gears,. Also when depressed about 1/3 of the way there is an irritating vibration on the pedal but diappears with lift of or full depress. Has anyone has similar problems or is this just me trying to get used to the new car having traded up from a MK 4 TDI. Any views??

Have the garage investigate, it's not right and you have a warranty.
