Should I buy a 2011 GTI that’s missed it’s DSG service?

Hey guys

As per https://imgur.com/a/bCHY0

The logbook around 60000 kms (40k miles) doesn’t have the ‘dsg oil and filter change’ box ticked.

It also doesn’t have this at all anywhere else in the service history.

Is it worth buying and getting immediately serviced or should I pass on it completely?

Is a 2011 currently at 93000 kms in total (57k miles) so about half way due to its next DSG service.

I drove it yesterday and shifting was fine, no jerkiness or anything noted. Also confirmed with the original mechanic that they didn’t do the DSG service. Other than that the service history seems pretty extensive.

Would this be a bit too risky?

i personally wouldn't buy one thats 17k miles overdue for the DSG service.

Could have been done elsewhere or DIY..? I’ve done mine but didn’t document, so anyone who buys mine would be in the same boat, except if I explain to them I changed it.

Just saying. Sometimes people skip the dealer because they are insanely overpriced for dsg service.
