Brakes hit the rim ?

Weird sound, when i turn completly over its like the sound that my rim hits the brakefender... I have the 18" Talladega

Hope someone can help me

what suspension and brakes do you have?

If the brakes aren't touching the wheels when sitting still, they shouldn't be able to flex or move to touch them when driving.

It's not the brakes touching your wheel. You're either rubbing on the fender or the inside suspension components.
