Black steering wheel inlays

Hi

I have the multi-functional GTI steering wheel which has satin silver metal inserts. I saw a Youtube video of a tuned R which had gloss black inserts.

Where are these available form and is it possible to change them, without removing the wheel?

The R has gloss black from the factory, as I understand it you would need to remove the airbag to unscrew the trim piece (it's one piece that joins across the top back of the wheel).
