[Lease] GTI 2012 4dr manual Sunroof

Hi guys,

I just got a lease offer for a 2012 Golf GTI 4doors / Manual / Conv&Sunroof package and wanted to have some insight from you whether it is a good deal or not. Basically:

- it is a 36 months lease with 12,000miles per year
- MSRP = $27,550
- Invoice = $26,438
- Special Internet price = $25,998
- Drive off amount = $739 (includes 1st month, licensing fees, etc...)
- Monthly payment = $373 (includes taxes)
- Residual value = $14,877
- I believe it includes the Mat Kit

What do you think, is it a good deal or should I negotiate it down?
