Carbonio intake users. I have a question.

I have had my APR Carbonio cf intake for about 2 months. When I start her up she idles for a bit and then there is this loud and slightly high pitched 'rushing of air' noise that bothers me.
Questions: Does anyone else get this noise?
Have you figured out the issue and solved the noise?

Sounds like you're CBFA. Is there a small filter that you had to install as well? If so. This is normal. That's the secondary air pump doing its thing.

Yes, I have that small filter installed. It just doesn't sound good haha

I posted a thread a year or so ago about a 'woosh' sound coming from the engine of my completely unaltered engine, and everyone said that it was normal for whatever whether/temperature conditions were relevant at the time.

I haven't heard the sound for a while.

i have it too. actually like the sound of it, it's as if the car is telling me "okay, ready to go!" :thumbsup:

I concur, same thing happens to me. Just the car giving you the "OK :thumbsup:"
