Compression test, after I changed the tensioner

I've changed the chain tensioner and I had to retime the engine, but now the compression test comes out like this,
Cylinder 1 2 3 4
Dry 140 142 141 140
Wet 151 152 151 150
From what I've read, this is low, so something got messed up in the engine. What do you think?

Per Bentley Manual, New TSI engines are anywhere from 160 to 203psi
Wear limit is 102 max so your engine is healthy, don't sweat it.

I've thought that the engine got messed up, when the tensioner failed. Maybe some bent valves, or something, since the timing was really off. But I guess, I got lucky. I only have 35,000 miles on the car.

And you didn't have a dealer look at it?
