I just picked up a BFI insert on some recommendations from the board and could use a little help...like where does it go? Any DIY help out there? Thanks.

its pretty straight forward. You really have to shove the mount in there though. Takes a lot of elbow grease. If you cant get it pushed it all the way, push it in as much as possible, and use the large washer and screw. Screw it in with the large washer and keep turning it till the mount sits flush.

Use PB Blaster (WD-40) and spray it inside the area where the mount will go. I had no problem getting my mount in after lubing it up (thats what she said).

silicone spray works better than pb/wd 40

If you jack up the engine slightly it makes insertion and removal much, much easier.

Thanks for the help. I'm curious to see what kind of vibration the mod causes. I'll post after I get it installed.
