15% tint so you cant see up in my window ;)

Looks good man. I had 15% on my last car for almost 4 years in Colorado, and I never was ticketed. I was even pulled over a few times for other stuff, and had no mention of it. I recommend rolling down your windows if you get pulled over, I think that helps your odds of not being ticketed. Also I had no front plate for the last couple years on my old car... no ticket either.

I hear stories of people all time in IL getting pulled over - but again I think its because they were doing something to draw attention first - hot rodding around or speeding etc) I got pulled over for a little speeding, no mention of the window tint (although legal) and running with no front plates.

I have since put my plates on but tinting laws...wish they would change it - something like you have to put your window down if your pulled over - because getting the 35% made a HUGE difference with heat/sun and I really like it. I wouldn't mind going darker just for looks.
