what brands are safe to run? i recently found a station that sells 100 octane unleaded by VP Racing locally

is this safe to run with apr's 100 file?

i tried searching and came up empty handed as far as an answer for VP

I love VP. I use to keep 5 gal drums in my garage when I had my old car.

What station are they selling it at the pump in So Cal? I had to go to shops and order the drums before.

VP is the shit. I don't know about their 100 octane but their higher stuff like q16 smells awesome.lol

Not sure where in SoCal you are, but Mitchell's Pit Stop in Orange carries Sunoco 100. We prefer Sunoco because it is iso-octane, while VP uses toluene additive. Both will provide enough octane for an OTS race file though.

This preference doesn't apply for 109 and leaded fuels.
