Just a quick question, is it possible to remove the red engine mount without damaging it?

Yes, press it out
OR find a way to pull it out....such as putting a LARGE washer on the top side of it and then using something to pull down on it & pull it out

Thanks for the tips.
Since my APR pendulum is hitting the upper part of subframe, and after frustrating for a few months, I suspect the upper & lower engine are not installed properly. (I installed both mounts using a jack, so maybe something went wrong)
Hope could find the problem.
