CTS throttle pipe FAIL

So as I was driving today I heard a loud pop as I shifted and I noticed when I got home the outlet on my throttle pipe for future dv relocation literally blew the top off. Anyone else have this problem....

For anyone else with this intake I recommend getting a plug like I did (1-3/8"--1-1/2). Fits like a glove and will not blow apart
