Cat-Back and Smog Concerns/Question

Considering I have never owned a Cat-Back System or a car for more than 5 years, will I have a problem when it comes to time to have a smog test? I have Megan-Racing Cat-Back System with a built-in resonator and a muffler located on the center back.

Rule of thumb, is it an automatic fail with cat-back systems in general?

Anything that doesn't touch the emissions equipment is A-OK. Since you are talking about the piping after the cat, you won't have a problem.
