In all honesty that was not my best effort in cleaning it. It has been raining constantly here in Vancouver since late January. That day I took the photos, we had a (miraculous) rainless day. The following day called for rain again. So, I took the half-day off work and cleaned the car in a huff and drove up to Burnaby Mountain to take the pics. All worked out well. The next day, the car was dirty again.
