18x9.5 +35 ???

Hi all,
sorry if this isn't the right place to post but I needed an answer relatively fast. I have wheels from my former mk4 and they're 5x100 18x9.5+35. The lowest sized non-sketchy bolt adapter I could fine for the right price was custom 15mm ones from http://www.motorsport-tech.com and I'm at a loss as to how the wheels+adapter would fit a 2011 mk6 2.5l.

That'd put them at ET20 & 9.5" wide....56mm out further than stock wheels, so:

Lots of camber, tire stretch and fender work
