Exhaust System

Im wanting to get a new exhaust system... but i am limited to APR in my country... My question is:

Should i save up for APR full exhaust system ($5000 + installing labour)

or

Custom made full exhaust by a reputable exhaust welder ($1200 inc labour) (he makes exhaust for race/track cars)

I own a Ed35.

Cheers

Well, just because APR is the only one out there doesn't mean you can't order another brand. An exhaust system is easy to install.

I'd imagine there are some seriously fun and scenic roads to drive in New Zealand.

I can order one... but it will cost me an arm n a leg just for shipping itself..

Is there that much of a difference between custom made exhaust and pre-made ones?

I did a little calculation on the exchange rate between U.S. dollar and New Zealand dollar, it still comes in at $4,000 usd for APR. I'd recommend going the custom route.

Talk to SPM. I know they have shipped a couple exhaust systems internationally.
