Door Adjustment

I recently dinged my door badly so have bought another which is in the spray shop at the moment.



The damaged door doesn't shut properly anymore, the top of the door is about 5mm out when the door shuts which is thankfully enough to keep water out.



When I fit the new door, is there any adjustment on the hinges to get it aligned properly?



I'll put pics up of the damaged door later as a reference
