Whatever happend to APR's app?

I remember talk a while back that APR was working on an APP that would let you switch programs, data log, etc. Anything ever come of that?

Is it really necessary though? We can already switch programs, and do you really want to run logs with a phone?

Cancelled due to software issues. Too much time, money, and effort to justify production of it. Better things came out of it though.

my understanding is that the software programmer whose baby it was also left the company...not sure if that is true or not.
