Leasing? What are you paying...

I'm in the market for '11 GTi DSG 4dr and received this quote. Do you guys think there is room for negotiation or settle for this?

4dr DSG with mat kit

0 down / 36 months / 15k miles per yr / $350.85 per month including taxes (not DMV fees)
MSRP $26,400
Lease Price $23,084
Residual $13,728 (52% of MSRP)
Money Factor .00122

i put down around $3000 with dealer fees and taxes.. i pay 340 a month. the seller gave me a special offer they had. im leasing for 36 months and 12,000 miles a year! i have a
2dr carbon steel grey with DSG tranny, no sunroof or navi but idc lol. i have about 500 miles on it and ive only had it for 2 weeks!

quick question..
even though its a lease, can i still tint the windows or no? what are the limits?
my parents did all the paper work and contract so i honestly dont know anything about it except the payments. lol. im thinking of passing by the dealer to ask but id appreciate it if anyone can share some info.

settle for it!!. i pay like $340 for a 2dr DSG
ohhh and i put down like 3000 bucks lol
and i only have 12,000 miles a year

3DR DSG with Nav and bi-xenons $29,304
$5k down
$290/month 36months 12K allowance
Residual is around $15k
