Driveshaft carrier won't bolt

So, I installed my downpipe on my car, and I can't seem to get one side of the driveshaft carrier in the middle to bolt up. Upon further inspection, it looks like one side has threading while the other side has no threading at all. Any ideas?

Give it a good jiggle back and forth make sure it seats then wiggle left to right while holding a screw up at one of the holes until it get in and threads smoothly. Repeat for the remaining two. Just have to play with it a little bit to get it to work.
