If you have access to an air compressor then go for it. I've read walnut blasting is the better option.

The link you provided is seems to be missing the o-rings that come with the fuel injector hardware.

Also if you don't want to make a massive mess, the 3d printed BMW N54 intake valve cleaning adaptor works great on the TSI head, that way you can hook a vacuum up and not have to worry about any material going everywhere.
